Buckwheat is a good source of protein, fiber, and energy. Buckwheat does not contain gluten, so for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerances, buckwheat and buckwheat flour are excellent dietary alternatives.
Our buckwheat flour is pretty special. It’s a bit less bitter than most buckwheat flour out there in the market. We blend both whole and hulled buckwheat to make a flour that is a little lighter in color, less bitter, yet still very buckwheat-y. Time to make some crêpes.
