Rosebuds have high levels of vitamin C in raw form and can be used in a variety of applications for culinary purposes, bath and beauty routines, as a tea, or ornamental in potpourri and as a garnish.
To make Rosebud tea, use 2 tablespoons of organic dried rosebuds and add boiling water (about 95 degrees Celsius). Steep for 20 minutes – the longer the steep, the more beneficial the effects of the tea.
